Strong Book Review: Nine Workout Programs for Women

Are you frustrated with women’s fitness books that talk about “toning” and “shaping” and promise you results in an unbelievable 20 minutes a day? I was thrilled to see a copy of Strong: Nine Workout Programs for Women to Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism, and Build Strength for Life cross my desk. It’s a straight-shooting, no-nonsense approach to working out for women that kills a lot of the myths about working out, weight loss and muscle growth. And even though I’m not a woman, I think this just might be my favorite new lifting bible. Read though my Strong book review to see why.

This program uses a collection of core exercises to help you achieve the flexibility and mobility you need to stay at the top of your game.
